1. Information We Collect

Account details, trading activity, purchase records, and identity verification documents submitted for KYC.

2. Payment Processing Data

To automatically verify EFT payments, we process bank payment notification emails that are forwarded to our system. These emails are parsed for a reference number and amount only — the content is not otherwise stored beyond what's needed for verification and dispute resolution.

3. Document Storage

Identity documents are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized compliance staff.

4. Third Parties

We use Google Firebase for infrastructure, Cloudflare for payment-notification processing, and Twelve Data / Binance for market price feeds.

5. Data Retention

Account and trading records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for audit purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data via the Support page.
