1. About Market Surgeons
Market Surgeons operates a proprietary trading evaluation programme. We are not a broker, financial advisor, or regulated investment firm.
2. Simulated Accounts
Evaluation accounts are simulated. Entry fees purchase access to the evaluation only — not a live brokerage account.
3. Payment Verification
Payments are matched automatically against bank notifications using the reference you are given at checkout. If automatic matching fails, our team reviews it manually. Account activation timing is not guaranteed.
4. Fees and Refunds
Entry fees are non-refundable once your account is activated.
5. Two-Phase Evaluation
Breaching any rule at any stage results in account closure with no refund.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Exploiting the evaluation system or misrepresenting your identity results in account closure.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the entry fee paid for the relevant challenge.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
